Dear Sir / Madam I have small red pimples on legs looks like it's filled with bad blood there is no pain though , some healed automatically , some I have still . please refer photos & suggest what it could be .

Dandruff Problem hai mujhe . White flakes niklte hai scalp se redness ho jaata hai itching hota hai . Beard me bhi waisa same white flakes niklte hai. Hair loss ho rha hai excessive. Please Help me.

Hi docs, I have some old hard dirt piled up in some parts of my area.I use loofah but it didn't help me much. Is there something I can do to remove this hard dirt piled up at my back side , rear part of the leg.(Any cream or moderate chemical over the counter will be really helpful)

Has pain on her left upper arm underside. She felt itchy in that area ,so she scratched the area. After she scratched I applied move cream for pain relief. Now that area has become red and is the same since yesterday. The pain is not much now and she experiences pain only when she moves her hand in a particular direction.she took cetrezine but still she feels itcchy in the area. Pic. Attached. Thanks

I see that small small warts started growing on my face neck and armpits and between thighs area I wanted to get rid of these without any marks. Hello, I am suffering from hair loss from past few months. I tried having calcium and iron tablets but didn't work. I live in Bangalore, here water contains more chlorine. Day by Day my hair volume is decreasing and becoming thin. Please suggest what can be done to control hairfall. Currently I am using Indulekha shampoo and oil. Please advise. Thank you.
