I get pimples on my face whenever my period date is approaching? What can I do to avoid that? Mostly on nose and forehead.

Hello, I was wearing a wig for last 4 years using glue which caused a strip like mark below my hairline just like a mark forms when we use a wrist watch for longtime, its not like any reaction to glue but for skin not having exposure to light and air and closely covered so I contacted a doctor in video consultation in practo and he suggested 'Tacroz forte ointment' I know which is for eczema but my problem is nothing to do with itchiness or eczema or what do you suggest doctor? Can I take follihair new tablet after dinner everyday? My doctor has written to take it after dinner in the prescription.

This is regarding sagging of my face skin. Am 30 years old, IT working professional. I have very loose skin and in turn started sagging. I have dark circles also, nowadays i have even under eye wrinkles, which can be seen predominantly seen even if i do not laugh. Aging can be predominantly on my face. Till today I haven't used serum or moisturiser or any kind of make up on my skin except sunscreen for my face. Please guide how I need to take care of face. Any retinol supplements to take it orally to prevent sagging. And guide me use good moisturiser and serum. Nowadays my face has become very dry and it peels sometime. Also, I have very dry lips and it peels all the time. Please advice on same.

I have a few red broken capillaries on my face... They are not very visible indoors but when I'm outdoors in the sunlight, they become increasingly noticeable and look very red. I consulted a few doctors and they told that these can be cured only by laser treatment which is super expensive. isn't there any treatment which can fade these capillaries , may be some cream or home remedy?
