Black spot only chick face since all years .they will come and go . I have treatment of 1 year with dermatologist but effective but only for pimple .kindly suggest

I've diabetes mellitus type two since 4-5 years. I am 63kgs and 153cms tall. My blood sugar is in control. It is 95 Fasting and 127 PP. Usually at night or early morning my whole body especially hands and legs itch a lot. What could be the cause and what can I apply or take tablet to relieve it. Thank you

The groin area near my vulva burns. But the burn is very very mild and I can see there are pimples there but that is cured.It is not regular. Sometimes I get this burn. I showed the gynaecologist. She said nothing is there and suggested me antibiotics When I asked for the cream. She gave me lulinaz, which increased my burning and I stopped in 1 day . I dont have any itching. Just this mild burn, not sure if it is because of ingrown hair. Please help
