Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I consulted two doctors recently for a small patch on my face and both of them mentioned it's pityriasis alba. One suggested to take luliconazole which I have been taking for a month but no affect. Other one is tarcoz forte which yesterday only one doctor suggested me. Which ointment is most effective for this condition. I am attaching a picture for better understanding

I have irresistible itching and dryness in my pubic area. And the dark red black mark is expanding. Tried using coconut oil and clotrimazole cream. No relief. Using and moisturising 4 times.
