Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From past 1 month, I am loosing 50-100 hairs per day. My hairline has started receding all of a sudden .

First picture is today's and earlier picture is it's first stage Which is two weeks back I got this pimple even I'm using tablet's doxycycline and stopped in between as this is not showing any improvements it's not going away could you suggest any ointment for this I feel like picking out it and whenever I do so I get small died out brown colour substance which is kind of paper. Whenever I touch it's paining. Is there any thing which does reduce this big hard pimple.Now my body has lot of heat I got one more white pimple and I'm suffering from constipation also I informed you as this might be as reference. I have a problem with my skin (Dermatitis/Eczema) for about 8 years. The affected area is cubital fossa, popletial fossa, neck, forehead. I have an allergy when i do itching bubbles comes and goes back within 20 min and skin become red and doctor said i have urticaria so i am taking bilastine and levocitrizine from last 6 days. And when wherever i do itching skin becomes red and mark goes back in 20 min. Does it happen normally when you take bilastine and levocitrizine?

Hi,I have very little bumps clusters on armpit,under the elbow area,stomach. These are not itchy. I had this problem earlier then I consulted with doctor and after some medication it got better. But now it again appeared. I can't consult with doctor because of lockdown. And I don't have the previous medication . So what should I do?
