I used to sweat earlier over the years but my problem of sweating was reduced , now i am using biluma cream and melaglow for lightening of my inner thighs groin and butt area but not seeing any major improvements I also tiny  skin sweat patches on my stomach area.I am not able to figure out what to do with so many skin issues . I also started to eat balanced healthy diet with regular exercises

Before I had contacted paediatric and dermatologist on practo. Paediatric doctor had suggested to take zinc tablet and put zinc ointment in affected area. Dermatologist had suggested to had suggested to take zincovit tab and apply tenovate ointment to the affected area. Now I am confused which one to follow. How this takes to skin to become normal. Pharmacy person did not give me any zinc tablet as it is generic name. Which zinc tablet I should take as it is suggested by paediatric. Please let me know zinc ointment is better or tenovate ointment is better.
