I usually have acne problems but not this much in this season i have a problem of acne and acne marks on my face kindly advise me what to do .

I am seeing a white patch near chin, from past 1 week, don't know what it is and I have recovered from covid a month ago.

Mom has been facing itching on skins and especially bad due to soap like dish washing liquids, surf etc. Lot of general ointments have been tried but no help . She was also recent covid positive and steroids didn't suit her. Kindly recommend a mild ointment type
