Warts on neck
Hi Doctor. Too many warts have developed on both left and right side of my neck in the last 10 months and also the area looks blackish. Picture attached for reference. Please suggest treatment.

These are skin tags. You can get them removed by electrocautery machine. Blackness over the neck is due to acanthosis nigricans. Its common causes are obesity and insulin resistance.

Hi. These are called acrochordons/ skin tags. They aren't warts. These need to be removed surgically and no creams work on the above.
