Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I get regular boils on my underarm, it's is recurring problem. Have considered a lot of doctors and they said it's happening because of hair root follicle infection , none of the medicines are working out. Can someone help with a solution, a lot of doctors have suggested laser treatment but that can only be done if the boils heal.

Many times in a day, the portion of my skin under scrotum & near anus irritates me. Especially when its sweating down there. If I scratch it, it weeps. Sometimes I get the rashes even, and then I get that burning sensation down there, making me uncomfortable. I work in office, and feel embarrassed to scratch under the table.

Recently I am having too much of hair fall and acne. Can I take multi vitamin tablet? If yes what would be the mg and name of the tablet. Or can I go for any cream for acne or hair oil?

Why I have many pimples. Dose isotretinion a steriod. Does this medicine increase your cortisol levels . Does it cause changes in face fat desposition something call as moon face

I have thin straight and short hair. It gets oily too quickly (in a day after wash) . In this monsoon season,it feels always moist. Sometimes I get bumps on the scalp, found layer of white powdery substance on scalp after hair wash. I generally get quite less dandruff in winters. This white substance could be because of soap and chlorinated water. My hair is thinning, the partition is widening, and more scalp area is visible.

Black spots kind of pigmentation I have used indigo powder to color my hair which caused black spots of my face around both cheeks to ear sides . Initially it was burning and red later it turned black I consulted a doctor which prescribed tube Biluma and physiogel to apply but there is no reduction in spots

From Last year have suffered from hair loss and dandruff and Vitamin D deficiency. Took supplements for these, corrected the Vitamin D levels, Dandruff reduced drastically but still hair fall is there. My Temple areas have receded. Other than this I am Shampooing after every 2 days but still my scalp is getting very oily. I don't apply any type of oil on my hair, still it is very oily, When I press my finger against my scalp , I can see the oil or sebum. Is this male pattern baldness or something else ?

Does this look like lupus rash?? I have these and also there is constanct pain in my ankles both the ankles and hairfall

Hello, Im having white small spots on my face but its not itching or doest make any kind of rough skin. Before sometime ago i had pimples on, face after that pimole gone this was appear i dont know will this white spot spread in future. Also there is some red pimples in my chess and its paining too.
