Doctor can u tell me i am having boin on my buttocks since 7 days now its getting soft it is hard tendering red with no pus till now what to do

When I was 13years old in my body parts (chest, Neck, upper arm, back) some type of skin patches of brown colour have come. In sunlight it itches so much. After scratching scurf comes. From, 11 year I am facing this problem. I had used karpin lotion also by which the patches disappear, but after sometime it comes again. Please, give me the appropriate solution of this problem.

Recently i have noticed i am getting recurrent wound infection. Even if it is small cut by knife or anything. But i am getting this type of cut infection everytime. Hi doctor, I have allergy on my skin and some times I have itching sensation. Also on my left side leg near the feet the skin is become very rough but no itching on it but it is very irritative. Can you please guide me with some medications.
