Spouse is having white spot on skin around 10 cm in diameter , it is growing up slowly. What can be causes and should we take some precaution on this. Photo attached

I had skin tag  someone told me to apply garlic paste that burned my anus and around anus badly it hurts badly now I have pain around anus. I don't know what to do? also that burned skin turned white and red. It really hurts please help

My mother has developed this milia besides the eye and now its over 5 months it hasn't recovered yet otherwise it doesn't really hurt untill it is stretched or squeezed..hard!. Can anyone suggest a convenient medication ? Thank you🌟🌟

Hi doctors My baby is 16 month old. He was suffering from eye infection from past 15 days. He is on medicine and drops till now. But from past 4 days, rashes found over the face forehead  behind ear and under eyelid which cause swallown in eyes and itching . In night itching becomes worse. He keeps rubbing his eyes while sleeping and face with bedsheets pillow in night. Please check image and suggest medicine. Currently I am giving him Allegra from past 5 days 5 ml twice but no effect shown. So please suggest antibiotics and lotion.
