Small eruptions all over the body

Asked for Female, 6 Years

Hello, my daughter is suffering from some sudden eruptions all over her body. Earlier it was only on her elbow, knees and armpits. Have consulted doctors and they had given her allergy medicines and also for worms. But now after 6 months it still hasn't helped! It is some kind of boils i guess Please help
