I am having black warts and moles on my face and neck and it's number is growing.how to get rid off it

These r skin tags and will have to get them removed. They can occur coz of wright gain or if ur genetically predisposed to developing them.They can be removed with Electrocautery. Creams wont help in removing them. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
