Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a mid hairfall problem like 10-15 hairfall daily from 3-4 years due to Eptoin But from 15 days I have suddenly notice more hairfall Is this season hairfall or some thing else If this is season hairfall ,how much time take to normal

For the last 3 years, I'm facing a Serious Hair loss issue. Getting bald from many regions on my head and also my hair growth is very low now. Also, I have many patches on my beard and also now getting on new hair on my chest region, and also beard hair growth is very low. Early consulted with a few of the Doctors but my exact issue was not caught by them as they treated me as alopecia. However, now I have done a biopsy and it says that I have Discoid Lupus Erythematosus. I don't know as what to do, is it curable or not?? Seems to be unknown regarding this and also Its hard for me to get the correct and proper treatment as previously was under medication with good doctors but even after that taken wrong medicines for alopecia and now it shows as lupus. Kindly help me with something detailed to this issue and is it really curable or need to hair transplant as it is getting hard to wear cap all the times.

Whenever i take a shower of brush my hair hm hair falls and it come out like a bunches if i touch my hair with hands also my hair come out a lot of hair while washing comes out my hair is thinning scared of washing or brush i feel like i will get bald!

I have this frequent lesion appearing on my penile gland which are painless. i have tested it for herpes hpv etc. but all tests came negative. one physician once mention lechen planus but other one rejected that also. i will like to know what is it exactly and what's is possible diagnosis to bring an end to it all together? sometimes they appear in group all around the top but sometimes just one small lesion. and sometimes they appear as bumpy but remain painless. I have been prescriber Cicalfate and Pevaryl earlier for this and I still use them but seems they are not effective anymore.

I Have Received 2 sessions of Fraxel laser And 3 session of Microneedling yet I don't see improvement in acne Scars and I have seberroheic melanosis too... Should I continue treatment?
