Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Im a 20 year male and i have been having hairfall since past few months , whenever i apply oil or  shampoo on my hair i see atleast 5 to 10 stances of hair in my fingers. My hair is also dry. Please suggest a remedy.

I have used Lakme face moisturiser and everyouth face wash in the past. Are these good or should I change some brands ? I feel like my face doesn't even look fresh after a shower. Also something for dark circles ? I've gained it for the first time , any serum to get rid of it ?

Can I bleach my face once every 2 months if I've been using 0.05% tretinoin for 1 year now? My skin has completely adjusted to tretinoin but since starting tretinoin I've stopped bleaching and my face and neck look really dull.
