This is a condition called polymorphous light eruption. It is a non-life-threatening and potentially distressing skin condition that is triggered by sunlight and artificial UV exposure in a genetically susceptible person, particularly in temperate climates. Medication is available to keep it under control. Consult a Dermatologist for the same to prevent further progression of the lesions.
