Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My hair loss starts 18 months ago, it's fall 30-40 a day, I used many home remedies and balayam, shirshashan yoga and 3-4 different hair fall control oil in between 1.5 years.

I have PCOs and have dark neck, underarms, knees, elbow, under breast and inner thighs. Can you recommend any creams to lighten these areas? I'm working on losing weight and have PCOSs.

Goodafternoon, I have severe sunburn on my hands, due to long  exposure in sunlight. The affected area is red ,warm nd itching. Its painful and sensitive to touch. They will go on their own or i will have to apply any lotion .Please suggest some lotion Thanks
