Cystic acne benzoyl peroxide 5%
I suddenly got cystic acne due to humid weather and skin being more oily I am doing everything to reduce the inflammation (clean diet, drinking lot of water etc) My dermatologist added sebium global to my routine but I still got another breakout on my check Can I use benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment for a few days till the pimple goes away Or apply tretinoin cream (which one is better) I am concerned if I stop it once the pimple goes away I might have some consequence My periods are coming and I don't want more flare up I am also very stressed and anxious lately which is causing my skin to react more badly
