Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Whenever I scratch on my head, I always find some dirt which is in white colour, even after my head bath. What is the reason And there is this white greasy substance, is this normal and how can I get rid of it? I have applied shampoo kenzsal lotion but didn't work.do we have any Ayurvedic shampoo for it

I have excess facial hair and hair below my chin. I've got thyroid and PCOS tests and I don't have PCOS according to the doctor. Another doctor told me I have hirsutism but said my hormonal levels are fine. How can I solve this problem then? I've got laser hair removal done but it worsened the problem, so I am not considering it altogether. Is there any natural remedy for this?
