Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have had this problem for 2 years now which is that my skin ( face and fingers ) is detaching and breaking up. On my face it starts as a light brown spot and when I rub it a layer of my skin starts to detach and when I peel it of the layer that was underneath becomes darker. On my fingers the skin starts to break up near my nails and the more I rub and scrape the more skin breaking op and detaching. I have tried moisturizers and drinking more water but it ded not help.

I was very fair when I was born. Then I lived in extremely sunny climate for 17 years without any sunscreen. I got darkest in puberty around the age of 10 - 16. And now I am Medium at the age of 18. I use sunscreen daily, but I can't get fairer. If I get Glutathione treatment, will I get my childhood fairness back? Or just glow ?

I have alot of hairfall , my hair is thinning, and its turning brown and also my scalp is visible especially at the hair partition region,day by day the partition feels like its becoming broader. 6/7years ago i did not have much of hairfall as of what is happening now.

Its been 7 months of my hair transplant , and almost 95% growth is done.But from past one month i have lots of hairfall , almost 60-80 hairs a day.Some transplanted and some existing.Hair loss is more when i apply shampoo while bathing. Lots of hair come out along with shampoo (around 35-30) hairs.

Black spots on my legs after itching and injury... how to get rid of them. one black spot is due to itching and other one due to injury

I've observed white spot on my both legs 15 20 days before. Now I see it's growing rapidly, because the size of spots has increased in last 15 20 days.

I have acne issue since I was 26 initially  I thought  it will go away  after some time but from last few year I tried ome treatment . they worked but when I stopped using them my acne become worse than ever. these are painful. what should I do?
