Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor, I am getting water bubbles on my right foot (bottom part and in between fingers). Once the water comes out, then that is turning out to be a wound. As one of the dermatologist prescribed, used Fusiwal ointment and that is giving treatment to the existing ones but not stopping from new ones to come. Attached the images for your reference. Please check and suggest.

I am recently diagnosed with Tinea infection in my Groin. And is on the medication prescribed by the doctor(Onabet Max cream, and I-Tyza capsule. Had to stop the capsule initially due to gastric issues). I am not able to make out if there is any improvement in the condition after 3 weeks of medication. The area of patch is increased but the skin is turning black and flat. Not sure how to look at it.

I have small bumps on both hand and forearm...are these due to summer or infection?i am using dermiford ointement and nycil on it..kindly suggest a better treatment

So since few days I have observed I have developed tiny tiny bumps on my left arm, i have similar spots on right arm but they're not bumpy, i don't have itching or any sensation, just those bumps like when we get goosebumps. Everytime I run hand through my hair , I get atleast 10 hair. Especially after oiling and shampoo/conditioner. I have also noticed my hair is thin as compared to earlier. Should I take any medication?
