Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

What is the primary cause and how can we prevent extreme itching near anus? I don't know if it's a  thrush caused by candida or piles or something else? What can be a primary remedy at home or from a local chemist?

I am facing severe hairfall problem. I got covid in april (minor symptoms just body pain and loss of smell) I reduced my weight as well around 14 kgs using fat burner. After from this i am experiencing extreme hairfall. I have in touch with dermatologist but her medicines showing no effect it is been 2 months i am taking her medicines. Please suggest

My mother, age 60, has painful small red bumps on her arms, legs, and back. They are itchy and hurts to touch. They look like boils but have black/grey center. It has been 3-4 days and some are still there even after applying fudic cream. She does not have any illnesses or allergies.

So, last time I posted a picture of goosebumps like marks in my arms, check the area which is encircled in white, for the yellow circled area, it is there since that naturally since many years.. it doesn't itches, or stings or anything. Just those newly came up bumps in the white circle area. I have shared two images, please check the white circled area. And the whitish dot like things in yellow circle area were previously there, and they're not bumpy!

Please check the images. This is on the left leg and itches. Recovers and comes back after every 2-3 months and stays for more than a month.

I hv normal skin type ... i do get tan quickly.... please suggest best sunscreen... that is  only concern...

My wife is currently  undergoing an  IVF Treatment . She is facing extreme hairfall post starting of the treatment. Unfortunately her IVF last attempt was not successful . Next attempt would be due in 2 months. Is there any medication which would cure this . Its very depressing to see such huge hair breakage and fall

My hair is very thin and gets tangles very badly due to this there is lots and lots of hair fall I am unable to manage, keep mid level long hair.. I have PCOS and my hair is dry (it's a bit oily at the roots and dry by the end.. when I shampoo, conditions it lasts hardly for 2 days again it's same could you please help..??
