Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Sir/Mam I am having small boils growing between my legs. I feel very itchy all the time. The boils do not pain, they just feel itchy. I am having this issue since past one week now. I am using Dusting powder but that is not much affective. I also wear clean and dried clothes regularly. Please find the image attached and suggest me some effective remedy. Thankyou.

I am diagnosed with Male pattern baldness. Been using redensyl plus procapil and baicapil for 2 months now. Not a big difference. But if I am going to consult a doc to get minoxidil prescribed, which is better? Minoxidil alone or minoxidil plus procapil or minoxidil with Finastride?

I have a lot of pimples on my face. I have used a medicines (benzoyl pexoxide gel and episoft moisture) prescribed by doctor but still there are problems on my face. I am a blogger and have to use some makeup things...but after taking care still there are pimples which is very annoying for me. I want my skin to be clear. And another thing with my underarms they are growing black and I'm 19'. Its very embarrassing for me. Please let me know if i can do anything regarding these.

I am a 23 year old female, having acne and these small bumps on my face for years. My face is very oily in T zone. But if I use very dry products or try scrubing it gets very dry too.  Also a lot of hair on my face. Earlier took medication but as long as i took the medicine they were under control. But when i stopped taking medicine all the acne came back. Is there any permanent solution to these acnes. Also if anyone could help me with the products for daily skin care that might help in controlling these acnes that would be very helpful.. Waiting for a good advice. Thanks in advance.
