Itchy dry scars

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi Doctor, I started having these black scars few weeks back. Initially it was small in surface area but is increasing overtime. It is itchy and has red bumps surrounding it. Have applied aloe vera gel to sooth it but need your guidance on any cream or medication I can take to cure it. P.S. Not very prominent in attached photos
