White Red Mix Raised area under Tongue

Hi I have been suffering from a white Red Mix inflamed area under my tongue. This lesson is there for last 20 days. It's not healing. Kindly suggest some way out. I am using Listerine thrice a day. This patch is neither ulcerated not painful. I am scared. Pls go through the pic.
