I had a mild flare of Hives when I took the first dose. Can I start taking the antihistamines dose a day before the second dose of vaccination to prevent a reaction? Or will that interfere with the vaccine? Please suggest doctor

Hello Convern, Recently I came back from goa beach..now my skin has become darker than before and rough too. Whenever i touch my skin it is rough and irritating. Sometimea it burn also.Please suggest some cream to remove this dark color or tan. I am worried.

One year ago my father diagnosed  with leprosy. He has been taking MDT MB for last 1 year. This is his 12th month.On October 29,2021 he will finish his 1 year dose. My concern is that whether he should continue his MDT dose furthermore or not or it is his last dose. And should he examine AFB skin smear test to know whether he is fully recovered or not.

There are dryness patches on forehead, genital region, elbows, and on cheeks.there is itching on those marks as well.

Hello For past one month I have pus boils without any pain, on left side of my groin area. These pus boils are like a small bag with pus they never peel out or cause any pain. I hve pescribed antibiotic for one weak. And using fusdic acid cream for 21 days as of now. The pus boils go and now they appear again 1 or 2 very very tiny. Should I continue with fusdic acid cream. I have also advice clotrimazole cream, I have to apply clotrimazole in morning and fusdic in night. Please guide me. I have enclosed 2 photo the ist one 1 month ago and the second is of current.

What testing are available for chronic urticaria?? Any allergen test ,blood test and do we have to stop taking anti alkery medication before these tests are being done?

I have been facing itching problems in groin, thighs, and buttocks. Recently it has become severe and it starts itching at night, I'm unable to sleep properly. It also itches when the area comes in contact with water. There are pimple like spots and the skin has turned dark. Sometimes due to severe scratching, a watery liquid also comes out. Rarely though, it bleeds if the scratching becomes too prolonged. Itching is worse if I have been sitting for more than a few hours, when it starts sweating in that area. I need to cure this. This is spreading gradually, need to stop.
