Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

This is some kind of infection/allergy in my foot thumb.I had ingrown nail problem some years back which comes and goes in some time.I used to cut the nail from side on my own because I had a surgery for the same earlier but it recurred.Now from some months I have these red spots on skin which get more intense on pressing.I am getting treated for the same since last 2 months.Nothing seems working .I have taken Teczine,Halox F , Bularid L,Azifast but still it looks like same.From the outside the surface is plain/flat(no bumps or lumps)with no pain .It seems an internal infection with clear surface.What kind of infection is this ,how it occured(can this be occurred due to cutting the nail on my own) and how serious ?What can be the alternative treatment ?

I was using flutivate skin cream on my hands because i was sun burnt. After using it for 3 days.. i noticed red patches on my legs and little bit on neck. I have attatched the pics please let me know what are these. Im scared.

I have been facing severe hairfall lately. I am facing the hairfall problem, since the time i moved to this city. I was on medication of about 3 years for Brain Tuberclosis and i stop taking the medicines after completing the course. It's like there is no stoppage or reduction in hairfall. When i was in my home last year, there was no problem. But lately i came back again to the city i used to work earlier. The same problem start again. I have been taking proper diet. Almonds, dates, flax seeds in my diet. But not sure where is the problwm. Should i use Biotin?

Accually I'm suffering with neurodermatitis on scrotum and taking treatment for 3 months  but not curing and today doctor told use this medicines to use again 2 months then review to me. When this condition gets cure please tell How many months it will take to cure?? The problem is that there is redness on hand and on thigh and on the side of under arm. And there is much itching on that. She had taken many medicine and consult with skin doctor they had given medicine but again same problem repeating. *Please help to give some medicine name and cream name* that can give permanent relief.
