Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had been prescribed with minoxidil 6 months back. After using it for couple of months it started showing results but after having been using it continuously for the past 6 months now I'm noticing that my hair is thinning further I am having issue with the density of hair problem especially on my crown and front area.

I had consulted a doctor on practo and they prescribed me a coal tar shampoo, a salicylic acid solution and calcium for my treatment of scalp psoriasis. They also advised not to oil my hair. I first stopped oiling my hair for a week and that seems to have worked for me (probably for a short while, but my scalp is clear now). Please advise if I should go ahead with the prescribed treatment or it's fair to wait until the need arises.

I have herpes in my genitals .I tested and I am HSV1 igg positive and igm negative. Can I infect others or not as I have immunity to herpes .

Itching allover body without any rashes or bumps anywhere..If I use cetrizine I am getting relief for next 2-3 days.after that same scene..sometimes small rashes started recently sometimes o feel itching on head hair too... urticaria ..what medications have to use for urticaria? I have taken medication of -dazit-30 days -lazine-30 days -Ivermectal-4 weekly -zental - 2 tablets But I didn't find helpful...Someone help on this

Good afternoon every one I have more pain in under arm yy it is more  painful and I have lymph under my arm any serious thing I am getting scared and it more painful I cant lift my hand like pimple it is there under my arm plzzzzz suggest home remedies

The heels are cracked severely and don't heal completely despite regular application of crack cream or warm/salty water soaking

I have been suffering from this problem for the last 15 days. In private places there is a round ring of red color and in some places acne is more itchy my family doctor gave  IT Mac 100, Air 120 and clotrimazole dusting powder me these pills but it didn't make much difference

How to get rid Pimples and Pimple Marks on face. Any home remedy can be used ? Please assist further
