Doctor iam facing excessive hair loss from past 4 months the thickness of a single hair piece is also decreasing it is becoming very thin from past 3 years iam facing a little hairloss but from 4 months iam facing a heavy hair loss iam feeling very low what should I do now Can you please suggest to stop hairfall and to increase thickness of a single hair please doctor give some suggestions Can I get my hair back

But still am working in ship seafarer so me no going outside for covid situation in malaysia so u can suggest me allergy tablet please. 1.My ship food providing only nonveg chicken fish beef pig me only eat chicken only 2 .
