Hi I have this patches on my right leg what is that i don't know if I press it having slight pain what is that

Having dark patches on my feet. It's similar on both foot and have a very small pimple type wound and it's paining very little near that . Only feel pain while I touch a bit harder there.

I have used knife to cut my hand in my childhood. Is there any permanent ointment for to remove knife cut marks from hand .
