Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have very bad dark lips...from 4 months I did home made beetroot lip balm with ghee and beetroot mix, I'll apply evryday keeping in freezer, but no use...before I was using nevia lipcare 3 to 4 times a day...but now I have completely stopped lip care and ony using homemade lipcare...but also no use 😔

I have combination skin, oily in t zone and dry on other place. I havy hyperpigmentation around my eyes and lips. I also have very tanned skin tone on my gacem it is way more darker compare to my body skin tone I'm aware of vit c, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, moisturizer, face cleanser and retinol. However in not sure of which brand I have to select. Please help me out
