Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Suffering from fungal infection from last 1 year. i.e. Dermetophytosis.  Whenever I undergo the course of 1 month of Terbinafine & itraconazole, it's completely OK... But after another month I suffer same problem.

Do I have to wash my face with warm or cold water everytime I wash my face because I get acne only on the cheek part.

These are permanent nail scratches, I had some anxiety issues earlier. Can you suggest me the Best cream to remove these marks. I have attached the image for your reference.

I am having continuous pimple beside having good deit and taking care of my face. I had taken medicine several times but no effect also I had done dermo niddle treatment for acne last year but at that time pimple got less but again they are having in large.

I am a breastfeeding mom of a 3month old baby. My skin is oily, acne prone and very sensitive. After delivery no acne has come up till now. The only product I have used on my face was aloevera gel. My skin looks dull. I would like to know whether it is safe to use vitamin c face serum for breastfeeding mom. And if so, which derivative of vitamin c should I choose for my skin type. Hi, i am facing stubborn hyperpigmentation due to a peel. I am currently using Lumivoid cream which is helping but very slowly. I wanted to try Hydroquinone, but there is a lot of fear about OCHRONOSIS. I want to know does it happen even with short term usage. Also, has any of you actually seen it with your patients? How to differentiate OCHRONOSIS from normal pigmentation?
