Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Can anybody tell me if these are genital warts.There is just one of it and is not going away.Somebody please help

I have melasama on my cheekbones, nose and forehead all of sudden within 5months , though I have not much sun exposure. I'm 42 yrs female. Would you please suggest me some effective means to treat it. Tried many skin lighting cream. What about laser treatment? Looking forward for your valuable advice .

I have consulted a local dermatologist here. He told me that its a fungal infection. I am using luliconazole (past 25days) (1% cream), multi vitamin, itraconazole(past 10 days).
