Have acne and marks which are consistent and is not going away it's been a year or two now .. want to know the cause of and and solution not just with creams and ointments but what to do in order to not to get them at all

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
