Hi. I have extreme dandruff issue for past couple of years. I never used oil but I have started using it lately. Additionally, I also used Ketonazole Shampoo as cure briefly. However, even when dandruff goes away, it comes back quickly and never seems to go away. How do I mitigate this?

Dandruff never goes away completely as it depends on oil production of your body
It can be controlled effectively with anti dandruff shampoos as well as regular head baths
Reduce your refined carbohydrates and excercise might help to mitigate your dandruff
