Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have dry and chapped lips for around 2 days now. Recently I travelled for two days, it was very hot and my lips got very dry. Now I feel its swollen. What can be done ? Shall I apply a lip balm or consult a doctor

There is a white patch on my back for past 4 years. Not sure if its vitiligo or not. If its , not been spreading very rapidly for .. almost stable for 4 years. Hi Doctor, I got these sudden boils 5 days ago on my right forearm.. Initially first two days, it was quite paining as if something stung me there, don't know exactly what it is, then later on, the pain got bit reduced, seems this boil is developing somehow.
