I've a combination skin. My scalp tends to change according to the weather. During winters, it's dry after cleaning my scalp with a little flakes, becomes greasy & itchy after a few days(probably 4) if not washed. During summers, it's normal after wash, no visible flakes. After a day dandruff appears. Gets greasy, itchy very fast, due to pollution, comb-ing my hair regularly (with a curly comb which is smooth, I've wavy hair that starts after 3/4 inches from above). Itching is extremely bad, I used to wash my hair everyday years before. However, I've not been doing that since 2020 staying at home. I don't use oil, it gets greasy and itchy. I use it extremely-rarely, probably an hour before wash.  Problem : 1) Dandruff. Tried scalp pro, gives cooling but effective only for a day. Looking for long term serious solution. 2) Extreme Itchiness after second day for wash. I don't have lice only dandruff issues. 3) Is there any lotion+shampoo that would help with my condition?

Dear Sir/Madam, please suggest the best face wash for daily use. I have an oily skin. The face looks bright after the wash. But as the day pass, it becomes dull, oily and dark brownish. My whole body is whitish. However, face is kind of dark brownish. Right now, I am using 'Kromawash'. But the result is not satisfactory.

Every year since last 2 years i get tinea corporis infection during summer and monsoon months. It's in the same spot everytime - elbow crease and armpits. Every year i successfully treat it with creams after long consultations. I have started keeping my clothes in plastic bags, very dry and I iron before use. Despite all this fungal comes again in the same months, at the same place. Any particular reason for this ?

How to know if you are having high androgen or testosterone levels? Any specific symptoms. Also any symptoms of iron deficiency. I did haemogram test but all is normal. How to know iron level in haemogram test? I need to know root cause of my hair fall bcoz nothing is working for me. I suspect iron deficiency or androgen level may be the cause. I already did few tests found deficient for b12 and vit d, taking supplements for 3 months now. But hairfall still not stopped. Pls advise.
