Can I use Topsil 3% or Clobfen-S in place of Clobphix S (Clobetasol 0.05% W/V + Salicylic acid 3.00% W/V)

I have attached image of calf region of my right leg. I have noticed this very recently. Is this vericose vein? I am MALE, 29, BMI-33. Medical history- ulcerative colitis. Taking mesalamine daily 2.4gm.

For many years, I've been dealing with scalp issues. I've acne on my scalp, which is the most severe. My scalp is also itchy and flaky all of the time. It's difficult to determine if it's oily or dry, but I always have some irritation throughout the day. My mental health is declining as I also have bald spots due to massive hairfall. My doctor in India prescribed me Doxycycline, Allegra, and ketoconazole but I never got cured, these meds provide some comfort just for a few days. Because of the constant itching and suffering, I am unable to concentrate on my work and studies. On a daily basis, I notice that my scalp is bleeding. My scalp becomes even more itchy and a patch of acne appears when I wear a woolen cap, which is why I can't go out on chilly days. I'm continuously thinking about it because I can feel it growing across my back and chest, and I'm seeing red rings on my body.

My skin gets darker every day. Safe technique to lighten. I am scared of laser treatments. Please advise doctor

Hello doc. I'm 42 years old. I have been having excessive hairfall since the past month. I had consulted a dermatologist for normal hairfall, not excessive at all and i was given Vito 360 and hairlect tablet but ever since I started using those my hair has been falling out way too much. I discontinued the tablets later on, i do not know if the tablets didn't suit me or what went wrong, it's giving me panic, I have attached images. I'm also diabetic. Can u please explain what could be the reason for this and why my hair is falling so excessively so suddenly, I would like to consult a doc about this too. Please help

I have been using minotress 10 for few months. But currently this product is not available in pharmacies. Any substitute available? As this is non alcoholic 10% minoxidil which is bit rare to find these days
