Face condition
I do have combination skin but in summers it gets way to oily on my entire face. Acne prone skin. Pigmentation on my cheeks and around my lips. My lips are also dark tinted. And i have  small brown milia like bumps under my eyes. Can I use serums of - Niacinamide, Salicylic acid, AHA, vitamin C, BHA, and can you also suggest any other serums or facewash, scrubs to use . I'm really starting to get worried about the face. It's getting dull day by day and I'm loosing it. Makes me low looking at my face. Please help me with some suggestions of serums to use and how to use them and when to use them.
