I got a navel piercing and now its slightly inflamed and painful. Not that much but I don't want it to increase or get infected. What precautions should i take? Is any medication required?

Hi, I'm facing hair thinning in my crown area...can this be reversed with some mild medications apart from Minoxidil and Finastride? Can you tell me from my scalp what is the issue...earlier when I used to shampoo and condition my hair after cutting my hair..not a single spot of the scalp would be visible..now it's diffirent..I'm 35 and mostly a sedentary lifestyle..but don't consume junk..I eat healthy protein and good diet.

Have had an online consultation for a pigmentation issue on the face due to scratch marks. Have been prescribed Biluma and a episoft AC spf sunscreen. I am facing a severe hair fall and i came across trichoton hair oil. Can you please suggest how to use this oil. Like how many times to use this oil in a week. And can we leave this oil on head for overnight? And also do we need wash the gmbair before or after the oil. And how many times do we need wash hair while applying this oil. Good evening Sir/Mam i am a mbbs student i had night itch 10 days ago and same was happening to my mother from earlier 15 days from that. so it seemed scabies. We both applied permethrin lotion twice and even took ivermectin 12 mg once later. and still there are little bumps and itch, itching is like pins. *no bumps in between fingers nor on genital* as applied permethrin there alot. The doubt is, No one else at home has it except us ,even we use same bed/sofa and live closely. now i am doubtful that can it be something else. i had same issue 2 years back Dr. diagnosed scabies, it lasted for 8 months even after applying permethrin many times pls Help.
