Underarm infection
It looks like the skin has burnt but I have no idea how it occurred...it is bit swelly nd it causes so much itching... please suggest some remedy

It's Fungus infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation

This looks like an infection, more likely folliculitis. Better to meet a dermatologist. Strictly avoid self medication.
