Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Dear sir / madam I felt little itchiness on the above heel , scratched this are only 5 sec.. what i observed skin peeled there. Generally i m not feeling pain or redness or any itchy but skin peeled. Sir plzz help me what is the reason for this.

I had syringoma under right eye.Last week i got them removed in a clinic. The doctor had removed it by burning it using some instrument (not sure if the name). First my skin turned brown at the areas where they burnt it .Now those areas have turned white in colour. Will the white patches go away ? I never had such patches earlier.But after getting them removed ,the places where they had burnt the skin have turned white.Please help me

I have recurring moderate acne for the past year (I have PCOS and am on OCs) and a half and recently it's come back. I was prescribed Isotretinoin (10mg per day for 1 month) and also topical tretinoin (0.025mg once a day). Can I use these together?

I recently consultant a doctor for my acne.He diagnose acne vulgaris.He prescribed me Doxycycline+lactic acid bacillus (100 mg) for 2 month.Is it safe to take this medicine for 2 month.

I am observing from few days that my neck and thigh area is becoming dark. Although my underarms was dark from many years but still now it looks way more. I have sever syringoma under eyes and they are now extending to cheeks .i had pinpoint CO2 laser under eyes few years back nd it mader under eyes hollow and dark .had to go for fillers for that hollowness but skin still so thin that veins visible even on dark under eyes.i have problem of extreme sweating on my face and all hormonal test normal.safe treatment for syringoma that has low chances  of fat loss or hyperpigmentation .also anything topical face to control sweat.

As I said sir i have severe dandruff problem. I have been using homeopathic treatment but not seeing successful result. My scalp skin are dropping. And i have severe itchness problem. I also have had dandruff spa yet no effective result has been seen. I am not using any type of oil. Only using one anti-dandruff oil and anti- dandruff swampoo recommend by the homeopathic doctor. Yet hair is falling. I also using vitamin e capsule on my scalp and onion juice twice a week. Nevertheless I suffering from dandruff problem. So recommend me what I should do?

My hair becomes greasy and sticky every day I need to take head bath daily,every morning before head bath my hair is greasy and i cannot comb properly until I take my head bath. I'm also facing dandruff on scalp and my ears are always flaky .My skin also became dark. I'm facing this issue from almost 5 years. Now my hair volume is totally reduced.
