I have taken minoxidil for 8months and I stop for 4 months now I lost my hairs which I gain through minoxidil and prp Can I restart now minoxidil will it worth?

I am facing acne disease. how can i get rid from this? I have oily face and lots of pores and there are many acne scars.

It is like some crack are there in anus region and when the poty is done, those cracks opened again and the itching remains for some 4-5 hours and after that it is normal till next day. I haven't seen blood. What is the problem?
