A big lump appeared on waist a day ago it is very painful, a local clinic prescribed amoxyclav 625 but still it is flowing and not healing. Pls suggest what to do??

I think I had a fungal infection years ago due to wearing wet underwear most of the times which resulted in this . If I scratch the eash opens up and starts burning , unable to pour water too . Note : This was 2 years ago and now I don't have any buildup there, don't have itchy feels , the skin is not scaly now , I just want to get rid of the colour . I have been suggested many creams with zero results . I don't want steroids . Any doctor I go suggests me creams which don't work . Its not too dark , but I want it to become even toned.

Hi Doctor, Suddenly I got these bumps 3/4 days ago on my right forearm.. In the night, it was all fine suddenly in the morning, I saw these group of boils/bumps on my hand.. it's painful and even if I just hover my finger on it, It feels as if somebody is injecting some sharp thing.. please assist on this. Is this some kind of reaction? Is it going to spread? I didn't see this thing spreading. But it is neither fading away. Pain still persists. I am applying Fusinol on that twice a day.
