Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have developed pimple and spots on my bumps. There is no pain or itching or any other symptoms but visible pimples. Attached pic. What causes it and please suggest remedy

My issue is I was on birth control pills for one month due to my ovarian cyst ,and I started seeing all of sudden hair fall excessive and after one month of taking birth control pill I stopped using it and untill now hair is falling excessively and there is no growth in hair too ..what can I do this situation to stop hair fall and to grow hair again .
