I have some bumps on the skin. They don't hurt or have itching. They only look bad and are spreading all over my back and arms. Please suggest if it is Keritosis Pilaris or something else?

It may increase further after and may occur hiv i am having a doubt that I had an exposure with protection before 7 years but I am fear now that hsv can turn into hiv ? Please say the answer i am attaching the report also hiv was negative After 6 years

Hi all, my husband has got Chickenpox in the year 2011, February.Within 15 days the Chickenpox has been reduced.After 2 years, there is a bump on the backside of left shoulder as shown in the Pic -1. In 2016, a small bump under the throat has come up and slowly it has been increasing the size as shown in the Pic -2. On the back, there are small bumps arising .Is there any treatment? Is it curable ? Or will they come back after specific time?Thank you.
