Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

This dark bump is non fluid, skin type - dry. Not sure why it popped up been there from 3 years now. I used to think it will go away but not any chance yet. Please help

Is Thrombophob Ointment really effective for love bites on neck? I have been using this for a day buy i dont see any improvement? What else can we do ?

The fingers have dead skin area which is not disappearing, it has been 4 months the dead skin area is not recovering even after applying oil, and cream. Have attached pictures for reference.

I have been drinking alcohol on occasions for past 2 years but since past few months every time I drink alcohol particularly whiskey, rum, tequila, gin or any hard alcohol, I get rashes on both my hands and it itches a lot on the morning after drinking. On average, I drink more in one party around 6-7 pegs of 30-60 ml. I also smoke. The more I drink, the more rashes I get. Since last two parties, my skin is peeling and shedding plus my hands are always super dry What can be the issue? Can this ever be resolved?

Doctor..below pictures i have shown ..that bandage is for some other purpose wound healing near right side toe..here the picture shown near ankle bandage showing yellow color .but on skin Seema to be clear even after pressing so hard no leaking of yellow fluid or blood..but if I tie bandage within 14hrs or more it's getting yellow that part..why ? Can I get ointment for it

My son age is 13 years. One pale pink spot on eye lid.it becomes white patch. The dermatologist suggest that it is localised vitiligo near eye brow. Kindly suggest how to stop spreading the vitiligo.
