Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi , my one side cheek is in  some reddish color, it has burning sensation but not itching.No insect bite and also no acne in it. Kindly help me to get rid of it.

I used hydrauquinone 2℅,allantoin and tretinoin for pigmentation, after 4 day of use unfortunately my skin was sun exposed and skin becomes darker..., I stopped hydrauquinone but marks where i cream applied are not gone... It have been three months and i m mentally distroyed ...please tell me any solution...!

Doctor..below pictures i have shown ..that bandage is for some other purpose wound healing near right side toe..here the picture shown near ankle bandage showing yellow color .but on skin Seems to be clear even after pressing so hard no leaking of yellow fluid or blood..but if I tie bandage within 14hrs or more it's getting yellow that part..why ?
