Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Am using finesteride from 4 months and am experiencing shedding like crazy from 3 months. Lost half centimetre hairline and lost volume of my hair. Almost all healthy hairs r falling. Daily may be 200 to 300 hairs r shedding. Feeling worst abt my hair. Is it normal or finesteride is not suitable to me. Wat should i do plz suggest anyone plz help

Lips itch a lot. Tried applying vaseline. But it didn't work. Lips are more itchy and dry in the morning after getting up from sleep.

My doctor has prescribed Doxt SL 100 mg twice daily for 3 weeks. Is it safe to take antibiotics for prolonged time? Any precautions to be taken? Also has prescribed Tab Allegra 180 mg once daily for 3 weeks. Please Advise. Many thanks in advance. 🙏
