Hi Doctor, My sister who is 26 years old. She is having severe itching sensation on leg from 2 months. She has applied coconut oil for keeping moisturised. Initially it was small red color wound. But now it was spreading. I'm attaching the image. Please tell me the reason for her itching and how to get rid of that. Thanks in advance 🙏

I have live with acne scars from  past 10 years and tried everything like laser, tca cross chemical peeling, creams but unfortunately not even reach 10% improvement please suggest me acne scars are permanent or is there any effective treatment available
