Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Over the last 1 week, suddenly I have developed itching on my palms and soles of my feet, specially after I wake up. I also have tingling sensation. I was taking cabgoline for the last four weeks to stop lactation. Additionally, I am taking tab codesoft for last twenty days, both the medicines following my doctor's prescription. I had covid 20 days ago, had mild symptoms and recovered at home. There were no rashes on my hand or feet so far. But today I found my palms slightly reddish besides the itch. I applied calaminol lotion. Please suggest what to do.

Observed red spots on skin stomach area as in photos. In middle little blackness is seen. Redness around them has increased from yesterday. There is no itching, no pain but little burning like sensation is there.  This is observed from 2 days. Has history of scaly scalp and doctor doubted it may or may not be scalp psoriasis when consulted for the scalp in the past. Are these spots on stach because of psoriasis. Please advise. These type of spots were not seen in the past. Could these be something else which will be resolved normally.

After applying minscalp hair becomes too dry.. Not even able to comb my hair.. Using civaderm shampoo for dandruff along with minscalp... Can i use a conditioner??.. If so what donu recommend??
