I am having lesions on both hand. What this could be? My medical history- 29 M, Ulcerative colitis diagnosed in Dec'21. Currently taking mesalamine tab daily and in remission. Pictures attached.

I have these tiny bumps on nose which have been there for 3 months now. There is no pus or pain. I peeled them twice and they gradually come back again. I'm not peeling them anymore. What should I do to get rid of them for good?
