Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Good evening, A part of the skin behind my neck feels a little rough to touch. But except for this portion, everything else feels normal to touch. I am having this sensation whenever I feel my skin for a long time I feel this appeared after sun exposure. Is there anything unusual?  Thank you.

Hello . I'm experiencing moderate hairfall issues for the past 2-3 years . My partition line has widened. My TSH levels were found to be at 11 after I went for thyroid checkup 2 months ago. I'm regularly taking thyroid medication and now TSH level is at 5. An earlier thyroid check up , done 9 months ago found normal thyroid profile and TSH was also in normal range, indicating that TSH imbalance has occured in recent 3-4 months. I don't have pcos issues . Can I take redensyl? If yes, at what quantity?

Applying anything on scalp hurts a lot. There is nothing on scalp no dandruff nothing . But still applying any oil or conditener hurts like some one pulled my hair
