Loosing too much hair. Also facing hair thinning issue. Some times itchy scalp. Scalp is 40 %* visible now.

I feel pain, urgency, and  frequency while passing urine, weak stream and  incomplete feeling. Itching inside testicular bag and soreness in anus, can't sit on buttocks and tingling on both buts. Pelvic pain while passing bowels.
