I have got armpit lymph in both the armpits. At first i got in right hand around 5-6 together and all gone now only 2 there with little pain In left hand, one i got thats it but its painful, its more than 20 days but it is not going off

I have scratch marks and in my because of my cats  and old cut marks in my body. The wounds healed buy I have ugly marks all over my body. It looks really bad and I feel insecure. Is there any medication of any sort that I can use to remove them?? Please any medication will help. I've uploaded pictures for reference.

I am using isokon 10 mg been 3 months for acne and pigmentation . This medicine suggested by my doctor . Is it good to use for more than 2-3 month? Now I am not getting much acne getting small one but pigmentation still present

Past two years I have tried many cream which suggested by doctors ,no use still no change on mark  , no one is telling it is a melasma or high pigmentation .i have hypo throyid it will be reason for it ??? How to proceed further , I'm fair in colour.

Suddenly i have developed cracks or cuts on fingers and lower side of the feet and heels since few months...i have tried hot water and oil...for sometime it is getting fine but the problem is getting repeated on same places. At some places the cracks are deep and paining alott especially after waking up.

I have some fungal Infection in my foot so please help me with suitable medication for the same. It's been more than 2 weeks but it's not getting any better better. I was using luliconazole cream named as lulicin but I don't think it's helping. Please advise me for the same and help me.

I have chronic hyperhidrosis.I sweat heavily from left side of my body from scalp to toe.I have earlier posted my problem but not precisely.I have consulted many doctors and used many medicines lotions creams but no use nothing didn't stop when I get exposed to sun or when is start doing any physical activity i sweat too much only on left of my body.I don't know what I have to do since 2years this problem is irritating me like anything kindly please help me to cure this.Im not able to concentrate on any work.I even undergone through lots of tests like MRI,complete blood profile etc but everyone used to answer like you don't have any problem just leave it.My money is getting in vain by using some bunch of tablets creams n lotions but there is no improvement if there is any permanent cure for this kindly please suggest me.I wish to live a normal n happy life like others please help me
